A challenging block for our design team who utilised the natural slope of the land to create stunning step downs throughout the home, including clever use of the slop in the garage.

• Closed off home theatre with built in cabinetry and sound proofing

• Large fireplace in ground floor living area complemented by custom cabinetry bench seat and highlight windows above

• Generous sized gourmet kitchen with 1.4m deep kitchen island Dekton stone bench

• Concealed butler’s pantry with combined laundry was cleverly integrated into the custom kitchen cabinetry with dual access to the garage and side of house

• Well thought of engineering placed the garage in line with the natural slope of the land creating an effective step down from the garage into a multi-functional space including dual internal entry from the hallway and laundry

• Terrazzo inspired alfresco with gourmet outdoor kitchen and stunning landscaped pool area

• Oversized master bedroom was moved to the rear of the house to maximise views of the city whilst providing direct views to the pool

• Upstairs fireplace installed in oversized sitting room (6.93m x 5.22m)

• Repositioned water tank from side of home To allow for unobstructed side access the water tank was repositioned from the side of the home resulting in a 10,000L underground rain water tank
